What To Expect
When You Visit

Walking into a new dental clinic for the first time can feel a bit uncertain — especially if it's been a while since your last check-up, or if you're visiting from out of town. Here's a friendly walk-through so you know exactly what to expect.

Note For Visitors
To Goa

If you're in Goa on holiday and find yourself needing a dentist — whether it's a lost filling, a sudden toothache, or you simply
fancy a check-up while you're here, please don't hesitate to come in.

We see patients from the UK, Russia, and across Europe regularly, and we're happy to work around your travel plans. For anything urgent, call us first and we'll do our best to see you the same day.

Before You Arrive

What to bring: Just yourself, really. If you've had recent dental work, X-rays, or treatment elsewhere, bringing those records (or photos of them on your phone) helps us pick up where someone else left off. If you're on any medications or have any health conditions we should know about, a quick note is helpful.

When You Arrive

You'll be greeted at reception, asked to fill in a short medical history form on your first visit (mostly tick-boxes about allergies, medications, and any conditions we should be aware of), and offered a seat in our waiting area. We do our best to run on time, so you usually won't be waiting long.

During Your Visit

The first visit is about understanding, not rushing into treatment. Your dentist will sit down with you, listen to anything that's been bothering you, and then
carry out a thorough examination — every tooth, your gums, your bite, and the soft tissues of your mouth. If an X-ray is needed, we'll explain why before we take it.

If you want a treatment done the same day, we can often fit it in — particularly for a cleaning, a simple filling, or re-cementing a crown. Larger procedures like implants, root canals, or smile makeovers are usually planned across a couple of visits so we can do them properly and unhurried.

After Your Visit

You'll leave with a clear idea of what was done, anything you need to do at home (such as avoiding hot food for a few hours after an anaesthetic, or how to look after a new filling), and when to come back if a follow-up is needed. We'll send a reminder closer to the date so you don't have to keep track.

Questions after you leave? That's normal. Give us a call or drop us a message. We'd much rather you ask than wonder.

Your Visit, From Start to Finish

Before You Arrive

You can book online, call us, or send us a quick message — whichever you find easiest. We'll suggest a time that works for you and confirm by phone or
message.

What to bring: Just yourself, really. If you've had recent dental work, X-rays, or treatment elsewhere, bringing those records (or photos of them on your phone) helps us pick up where someone else left off. If you're on any medications or have any health conditions we should know about, a quick note is helpful.

Visitors from the UK, Russia, or elsewhere are welcome to bring travel insurance details if you'd like us to help with paperwork. Running early or late? A quick
call lets us reshuffle — we'd rather know than have you stressed in traffic.

1

When You Arrive

You'll be greeted at reception, asked to fill in a short medical history form on your first visit (mostly tick-boxes about allergies, medications, and any
conditions we should be aware of), and offered a seat in our waiting area. We do our best to run on time, so you usually won't be waiting long.

If you have any anxieties about visiting the dentist, do mention this to the receptionist or your dentist. It's far more common than people think, and we have
plenty of small ways to make you feel more at ease — from how we explain things to how we pace your visit.

2

During Your Appointment

The first visit is about understanding, not rushing into treatment. Your dentist will sit down with you, listen to anything that's been bothering you, and then
carry out a thorough examination — every tooth, your gums, your bite, and the soft tissues of your mouth. If an X-ray is needed, we'll explain why before we
take it.

We'll then walk you through what we've found in plain English — no jargon. If everything looks healthy, we'll tell you so and recommend when to come back. If
something needs attention, we'll explain what it is, how serious it is, what the options are, what each involves, and roughly what each will cost. You'll never be
pressured into a decision on the spot.

If you want a treatment done the same day, we can often fit it in — particularly for a cleaning, a simple filling, or re-cementing a crown. Larger procedures like implants, root canals, or smile makeovers are usually planned across a couple of visits so we can do them properly and unhurried.

Comfort matters. We use proper local anaesthetic for anything that might cause discomfort, and we'll always check you're feeling alright before, during, and after. If you'd like a break at any point — just raise a hand. We mean it.

After Your Visit

You'll leave with a clear idea of what was done, anything you need to do at home (such as avoiding hot food for a few hours after an anaesthetic, or how to
look after a new filling), and when to come back if a follow-up is needed. We'll send a reminder closer to the date so you don't have to keep track.

Payment can be made by cash, card, or UPI. We'll always give you a written estimate before any treatment so the cost is clear up-front, and a proper receipt
afterwards. For visitors planning to claim through travel or dental insurance back home, just let us know in advance and we'll make sure your paperwork is in
order.

Questions after you leave? That's normal. Give us a call or drop us a message — we'd much rather you ask than wonder.
